The project is being realised by Anadolu Tourism investments Inc., a subsidiary of Enternasyonal Tourism Investment Co. Inc. Göcek Marina Resort will be situated on Turkey's Southern Aegean coast in the lovely Göcek Rural District. On a site of 225.463 m². of wood coastline, partly covered with wood owned by the investor and partly allocated to the company by the ministry of State Forests.

The architectual projects of the resort have been designed by the resort expert architectual company WAT&G from USA.
